Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.

  • This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

  • We then check if your item is in stock and available for shipment.

    • If the item is back-ordered or unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss alternatives.

    • If the item is available (ships within 5 business days), we’ll process your payment and prepare your order.


Order Shipment

  • Orders in stock ship within 3 business days of payment processing.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

  • If you don’t receive confirmation within 4 business days, please contact us at support@daglowupshop.com.


International Orders

  • Our products are designed and certified for the U.S. market (110V system).

  • While we do ship internationally, please note:

    • Products may not meet electrical or safety standards outside the U.S.

    • Customers are responsible for using the correct adapters or converters.

  • Due to varying dimensions and costs, international shipping quotes will be provided upon request.

  • If you approve the quote, we’ll process your order securely through our payment gateway.


Damages

  • Please inspect your package at delivery.

    • If you notice damage, make a note of it when signing or refuse the package.

    • If you accept delivery, take clear photos of the damage (packaging + product) immediately.

  • Send photos to support@daglowupshop.com, then visit our Returns Page to submit your claim.

  • We’ll make sure you’re taken care of and receive the product you ordered, undamaged.
